CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation policy for The Fated Faun Haircraft DISCLAIMER: We ask that you please make sure to reschedule or cancel PRIOR-TO the beginning of your scheduled appointment time to prevent incurring a fee for the scheduled service(s). Booking any appointment means you have read and understand this policy as stated herein and agree to its terms and for the required card on file to be charged only as described for fees bound by this policy. UNDER 24 HOURS NOTICE (CANCELED/RESCHEDULED): In order to respect both my time and yours, any appointments canceled 24 hours or less from the scheduled booking time will incur a 50% fee of total service(s) charge. *Please reach out to me, as extenuating circumstances will be considered. LATE TO APPOINTMENT: Any appointment(s) where a client will be more than 7 minutes late with no prior notice and approval is subject to the same policy as canceling under 24 hours notice. My books are often scheduled with no gaps between appointments. If you are running late: ALWAYS notify me before the start time of your appointment; I will do my best to accommodate, but sometimes a reschedule may be necessary. Please text or call prior-to start of appointment to prevent 50% service fee + reschedule. NO-CALL/NO-SHOW: Any appointment(s) where the client is more than 12 minutes late with no prior notice or contact with me is considered no-call, no-show and subject to this policy. In the event you no-call/no-show, a 100% fee of total service charge will be processed, as setup for your scheduled appointment would have already begun, and as this time has been set aside specifically for the scheduled appointment thus no longer bookable. Your understanding is appreciated. COMMUNICATION: Please ALWAYS message, email, or call to reschedule, versus no-call/no-show, as all circumstances will be considered, so long as you reach out ahead of the scheduled time.
